IT Infrastructure Equipment: ID Entity IT infrastructure equipment sales, rentals, and leasing, including servers, storage, networking hardware, and other related components.
Consulting and Implementation Services: ID Entity offers consulting services to assess your IT infrastructure needs, as well as design, implementation, and support of IT solutions.
Maintenance and Support: ID Entity provides maintenance contracts and technical support for equipment and solutions provided by us.
To use the Services, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract and must not be restricted by any applicable laws from doing so.
Quotes and Pricing: ID Entity will provide quotes for Services. Prices and availability are subject to change.
Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or by contacting a ID Entity representative.
Payment Terms: Payment terms are outlined in invoices and agreements. Standard terms may include net 30 days from invoice date or prepayment depending on the scope of Services.
Late Payment: Late payments may accrue interest and incur fees. ID Entity reserves the right to suspend Services for non-payment.
Shipping: ID Entity will arrange shipping of equipment as agreed upon. Standard shipping costs will be included in the quote.
Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines will be estimated but are subject to availability and shipping carrier schedules.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the equipment to the carrier.
Manufacturer Warranty: ID Entity passes through manufacturer warranties to the customer. ID Entity may assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer.
Service Workmanship Warranty ID Entity warrants service work for a period of 90 days from completion.
Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or force majeure events.
ID Entity retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Services and any associated intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the provision of Services. This includes but isn't limited to technical data, business plans, client information, and data.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ID ENTITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ID ENTITY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ID ENTITY TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold ID Entity harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
By You: You may terminate your use of the Services at any time.
By ID Entity: ID Entity may terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any breach of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia.
ID Entity reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, with notification to you. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
